ACHA was asked to relocate the kitchen from a very dark space facing the building’s interior service courtyard to the Central Park-facing side of the apartment. This move allowed ACHA to join it with the living room and dining rooms, creating a large, loft-like room filled with light and views. It also brough the different and disparate public rooms of the home into a single space for family and guests. The project is ACHA’s fourth renovation in this Central Park West Landmark building.
