This SoHo roof terrace rests on top of a converted loft building with panoramic views of Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens as well as three of the East River bridges.  The design was conceived in four outdoor sections – a living room furnished with couches and armchairs, a dining room with seating for twelve under an aluminum pergola with concealed lighting designed by L’Observatoire International, a central green softened with artificial Italian-imported grass, and a downtown-facing pergola covered in Wisteria and romantically coined the “make-out room,” although it also hosts a shower niche used almost exclusively by all the building’s toddlers...
